On 10 Sept, Storm Daniel swept in off the coast of Libya 鈥� and two aging dams collapsed under its ferocity, creating torrential flooding that has wiped out much of the city of Derna. Thousands have died; tens of thousands more lost their homes, and virtually everything they had.
In a crisis, people need information they can trust 鈥� about how to get help, and what to do next. It鈥檚 as critical as food, water and shelter.
